Brad is a third-generation Real Estate leader, following in his grandfather and father’s footsteps, continuing the legacy of Patt, White Real Estate. Licensed in 1997, Brad began his real estate career as a sales agent. He had great success and was recognized as a top sales agent during those years. Brad moved into a regional leadership role in 2006. In February 2024, he received the
RISMedia Newsmaker award in the Influencer category. Today, he is the Region President for the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach's Philadelphia, Montgomery and Bucks Counties, and the Lehigh Valley, where he helps agents and office leaders by leveraging their strengths to accomplish their professional goals.
